The staff forgets stuff from time to time. Sometimes it's a bag that you asked, sometimes it's milk for the tea, sometimes it's a wrong order. It's not that big a deal, just want a little more attention to the details
The staff were fantastic in here. I was in with 2 kids ...slightly stressed and the female host was amazing. Helped us order ....informed me about table service.....fab idea. Overall great experience.....good interactive games for kids. Well done guys
Been 3 times since opening and twice the food has taken too long to arrive and not very hot. Greenock McDonalds far faster service with hot food. A wee bit disappointing. Maybe it'll get better??
